I would tell them that the location is fabulous if you work downtown. The building is kept clean and when something needs attention in your apartment the maintenance team is quick to respond. The staff is fabulous and friendly. For me it is just perfect!

Comfortable and convenient

So far I feel comfortable with everything and almost perfect, however, irritated by the constant increase of prices with no significant improvement; if you're lucky and got a good price in comparison to the market, choose it without hesitation

I don't move in till October...So can't answer that yet...but It looks promising!

The staff at Left Bank was really helpful and welcoming. In particular, Safira in the leasing office and Don at the front door both went out of their way to help us get settled here. Thanks!

It has all the convenience of living downtown, but it's just enough out of the Loop that it's far more relaxing. The building is new and well maintained, management responds quickly to any issues that arise, people are cordial to one another but keep to themselves. Cell phone reception is an issue, but you learn to live with it. I don't like that the television is through Dish Network. The signal goes out very frequently, for no apparent reason, which never happened at my old building, where we had DirecTV. Overall, I'm very happy with the decision to move here, I think we like it much better than our old place.

This is a great appartment building. The staff is helpful. The price is very competitive (considering all of what the rent includes) and the floor plans are spacious. The only drawbacks is that having the windows opened when the trains go by is always a bad idea and the cable company's customer service is useless.

Comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable

Living at LB is great. It would be better if there were an outdoor pool but at least we have a nice terrace to enjoy. Most of the staff are outstanding. Most of the doormen are outstanding. Overall this is a great place to live. It is close to so many things.

Home SWEET home!

Left Bank is well maintained with the best staff I have ever experienced. The building is in a great location and convenient to everything I need. It is a luxury rental property with fabulous amenities.

I have been living here for 4+ years and I love it.

Convenient location to downtown. Within walking distance to many things. The train noise is annoying, but you can get used to it depending on the side of the building you live.
