Whether you want to have dinner in the dining room (which is operating at limited capacity) or grab lunch to-go, TenGoku Aburiya has you covered. Led by Chef Sangtae Park, this newly debuted eatery offers an izakaya-style menu with Japanese small plates designed for sharing.
The approach is similar to Spanish tapas. You’re invited to order a smorgasbord of the small dishes and pass them around the table, like the skewered chicken thigh with green onion, shrimp or baby squid, and seared Brussels sprouts or shishito peppers. You can also try some Korean-style lollipop chicken wings and chicken karaage, the Japanese take on wings. Prefer a more filling plate? Try an entree like the wagyu fried rice or the udon noodles with ground pork and various seasonings. Note that the takeout menu is smaller than the dine-in menu.
