Bloom Plant-Based Kitchen

Bloom Plant-Based Kitchen was created with the goal of bringing affordable, healthy, and flavorful vegetarian food to the everyday family while being appealing and desirable to the non-vegetarian. It’s all about being good to the planet and to ourselves. Eating a more plant-based diet is healthier for your body and better for the environment, and Bloom Plant-Based Kitchen makes plant-based food appealing to the general public with delicious menu options like the cultured cheese board, which includes aged truffle cheese, spirulina blue cheese, almond goat cheese, house pickles, seasonal marmalade, and flaxseed crackers.

There are so many wonderful plant-based menu options on Bloom’s menu, including the beet dumplings with beet-coconut wrap, coconut ginger foam, garlic chips, tahini, and sunflower spinach filling, the Thai papaya salad with green papaya, cashew, toasted sesame, sesame ginger coconut aminos, serrano chili, mint, carrot, and cucumber, the lasagna with basil cashew bechamel, heirloom tomatoes, celery root, sundried tomato marinara, and pumpkin seed bolognese, and the Bloom Bowl with lentils, white beans, tahini dressing, kelp noodles, house kimchi, avocado, and kale.
