Begin your romantic evening by ordering a smorgasbord of “snacks” and a round of cocktails. For the cuisine, try the hamachi cone with yuzu-sesame mayo and everything bagel “airbread” topped with smoked salmon, cream cheese, and pickled onions. Add a shrimp cocktail and a heaping platter of the classic ceviche with cilantro and leche de tigre.
